Refund Policy and Quality of printing
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also, items are not collected within 30 days, they will be sent for destruction. No items will be produced again or held for more than 30 days. After this time, you will have no right to collect or ask for a refund. It is your entire responsibility for pickups within this time given. We Work hard to make things right! However, some things are out of our own control. Our system advises you when you upload a low-resolution image and you have the option to print as-is. In this case, there is not much we can do. Usually, low-resolution images will produce bad-quality printing. We understand that sometimes, some users don’t have any other image, for any reason, even sentimental images that it is impossible to obtain another one. We guarantee that if you provide a high-resolution image, your final result will be amazing! We always provide at no cost, samples to avoid this problem and we submit these samples to the client’s approval. After your order is approved and printed, no refund will be provided. In case of an error from our end, contact our customer service and we will work on it.
All of our sales are final. That said, ask for a sample if you are ordering a large quantity.
One mug it’s not exactly like the other mug. They are made one by one. Some color deviances may occur. It’s normal. If there is a big discrepancy, please, discuss with our team to check what can be done to help you. We always try to find the best way to solve problems.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your entire or partial order at any time, for any reason.
Remember that what you are seeing on your cell phone or computer screen IS NOT THE SAME THING! Images on your cell phone or computer are zoomed in! We understand that sometimes it is the only image you have and we can print as soon as you assume entire responsibility for the results.
All our mugs are tested and approved by all FDA and SGS organizations in the USA and Canada.
All our coffee mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
There is no extra charge if you want to print full wrap or both sides. Layouts: 2 first layout changes are free. If you need a special design, there is a charge of $ 25 cad

Refunds: all of our sales are final. We reserve the right to consider a refund if we understand was our fault or replace the wrong print. Be aware that some color variations and deviances may occur due to the glass surfaces. Therefore, all the mugs have had the same printing done, but they may vary due to their material composition like clay, glass surface, dyes, and pigments at high temperature and printing methods. We will do all the adjustments to reach the best of your logo color.
Shipping of returns To return your product, (if applicable) you should mail your product to: 1561 Dundas Street W, UNIT 1B - LOWER LEVEL, Toronto, ON, M6K1T9, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
