Step 2: Prepare Your Image or Design
For the best print quality:
- Resolution: Use images at least 300 DPI. Recent phone photos are usually fine.
- Format: PNG or JPG work best. PNG is ideal for transparent backgrounds.
- Dimensions: For 11oz, the printable area is roughly 9.5" x 3.5". For 15oz, about 9.5" x 4.5".
- Colours: Bright, saturated colours print best on white mugs.
- Text: Keep fonts large and readable on a curved surface.

- Wrap-around designs look more professional than small centred logos
- Dark backgrounds hide the white mug edge better than light ones
- Faces should be centred so they don't wrap around the handle
