Shipping Policy

The standard production time for shipping or pickup of products is five (5) business days, except for same-day service products, which can be picked up at our Toronto location. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with no exceptions outside this time range. No pickups are available on weekends under any circumstances.

All products are carefully inspected, packed, and protected for transit before leaving our facility. Once an order has been handed over to a carrier or collected by the customer, full ownership, risk, and responsibility for the goods transfer immediately to the customer. Dundas Print is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, mishandling, or deterioration of goods that may occur during or after transit, including issues arising from courier or third-party handling.

Any claims regarding shipping damage or loss must be made directly with the carrier by the customer. Dundas Print can assist by providing shipment details or proof of dispatch upon request but does not assume liability for carrier performance or delivery outcomes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
