Frequently Asked Questions
How long do canvas prints take to produce?
Canvas prints are ready in 5 business days. You can pick up at our Toronto location at 3282 Dundas St W or have them shipped across Canada.
What photo resolution do I need for a canvas print?
We recommend at least 150 DPI at the print size. Most modern smartphone cameras produce images with enough resolution for all our canvas sizes, including the large 24x36 inch option.
What is the difference between 0.75 inch and 1.5 inch canvas depth?
The 0.75 inch standard depth creates a slim, modern profile that works well for gallery walls with multiple canvases. The 1.5 inch museum depth produces a bolder presence that stands out from the wall, making it ideal for single statement pieces in living rooms and offices.
Can I order canvas prints in bulk for my business?
Yes, we handle orders of any size. Contact Dundas Print at (437) 673-4611 for bulk pricing on canvas prints for offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces.
