Refund Policy and Quality of Printing
30-Day Refund Policy: Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can't offer a refund or exchange. Additionally, items not collected within 30 days will be sent for destruction. Please note that we will not produce or hold items for more than 30 days. It is your responsibility to collect the items within this given timeframe.
Printing Quality and Low-Resolution Images: We strive to ensure everything is perfect, but there are factors beyond our control. Our system advises you when you upload a low-resolution image and gives you the option to print it as-is. In such cases, there isn't much we can do as low-resolution images may result in poor printing quality. We understand that sometimes users don't have access to other images, including sentimental ones that are irreplaceable. Rest assured, if you provide a high-resolution image, the final result will be amazing! To avoid any issues, we provide free samples for your approval before printing. Once your order is approved and printed, no refunds can be provided. If there is an error on our end, please contact our customer service, and we will work to rectify the situation.
Sales and Samples: All sales are final. However, if you are ordering a large quantity, we encourage you to request a sample before placing the order.
Color Deviances and Discrepancies: Each mug is made individually, resulting in slight variations. Some color deviations may occur, which is normal. If there is a significant discrepancy, please reach out to our team, and we will do our best to assist you and find a suitable solution.
Order Refusal or Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your entire or partial order at any time, for any reason.
Screen Images and Printing Results: Please remember that what you see on your cell phone or computer screen may not accurately represent the final printed product. Images on screens are often zoomed in, leading to a different perception. While we understand that sometimes it's the only image you have, we can proceed with printing as long as you assume full responsibility for the outcome.
Product Safety and Usage: All our mugs have been tested and approved by FDA and SGS organizations in the USA and Canada. They are safe for use in dishwashers and microwaves.
Printing Options and Charges: There is no additional charge for full wrap or printing on both sides of the mug. For layout changes, the first two are free. If you require a special design, a fee of $25 CAD applies.
Payment and Refunds: All orders must be paid prior to production without exceptions. Refunds are only considered if the mistake was on our end or if we printed the wrong design. Please note that color variations and deviations may occur due to the mug's material composition, such as clay, glass surface, dyes, pigments at high temperatures, and printing methods. We will make all necessary adjustments to ensure the best color representation of your logo.
Shipping Returns: If you need to return your product, please call us.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
