I ordered a customized mug for same day service and it was ready before noon! The quality was top-notch, and Antonio (Sales Manager) reached out to me to recommend a change to the picture positioning which made the final product even better! My only suggestion to Dundas Print is to include an estimated day of delivery, or range of days, when selecting which shipping option to choose from. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend the service to anyone!

This item will be used for display only. It was a gift to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Two vertical pictures from our ceremony are shown. I found it difficult to find a plate to show one particular photo. The mug did the job nicely.

Well made and durable. I got several of these with different images on them. They have survived multiple dishwasher cycles and still look brand new. I'm not sure what process they use to get the images on the mug but it works great. These make perfect custom gifts and are useful for everyday use.

This personalized coffee mug made a great, sentimental gift. The mug is durable & I give it an A+ on the print and color quality. I love how the company asked "before" printing to check out my design to make sure it was to my liking. This service is pretty awsome. Uploaded a few pics for front and back of mug. Typed in some text in thier easy to use editor. Boom. One of a kind Mug. The quality of the printing and mug are top notch. Been run thru Dishwasher for 6 mo now. Looks like the day I bought it. Mug material is not one of those types (Like earthenware) that heats up when you microwave it. A serious plus for coffee drinkers.

It came out exactly as I wanted and expected. I ordered 4 cups with different fonts on each. It all came out perfect. Customer service was amazing. They contacted me when they got my order and asked me if I would like to make space between the words (there is a limited number of letters you can write on the cups and the space is included in that number). They even corrected and added an extra letter that I missed! I am very pleased with this product quality, the way it came out and the wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Great experience! Very Impressed. Needed 100+ coffee mugs, personalized with different peoples' names for a corporate event. Not only did he have a competitive price, the turnaround was 2/3 days iirc. He double checked spelling of all names after printing against our list (all correct), and we also received spares with just our logo. All future personalized items will be from here 100%. Don't waste your time anywhere else, I am so happy I didn't.

I sent many emails with inquiries and for quotes and I received immediate and courteous replies. 15 minutes after placing my order, I received a notification that it was done, and I picked up my mug the same day. The quality of the pics I sent were not very good, but I still liked they way they showed on the mug. The mug quality looks good too. Had to take a moment to share how amazing our experience was with Antonio and team while getting a whole bunch of customized mugs done! So we were looking for someone to make 401 individually customized mugs for our entire call centre. One side a bitmoji each 401 agents created of themselves and on the other side, a company logo. Not an easy task but Antonio and team were amazing, quick, fast, very responsive and cared about the quality of work. Our cost was very affordable as well. Incredible! After being let down by large retailers like Vista Print and Staples, I called this place as a last resort. It wasn't until closing hour on Friday that I called Antonio, and yet, I was able to pick the order up Saturday afternoon. It was totally worth the trek to downtown. The mug exceeded all expectations. Antonio's accommodating nature was remarkable, especially considering the deadline I had stipulated. Antonio was absoloutly outstanding. He was professional, courteous and his talent shines through his incredible work. I ordered 40 mugs for my corporate team and each mug had a different design. When I received the finished product I could not believe how much mug took on a life of its own. The image just out at me as every detail was captured. I have been going to Antonio for two years as he works extremely hard and is always accessible to complete big orders .
